BATROOM is about a young bat whose adrenaline pumps from the anticipation for the upcoming huge baseball game and is too anxious to be able to urinate in a public restroom.

It’s clever, funny and even if for two minutes, if it can pull people away from their everyday routines, it is worth it.

It was written in 2008 and just sat on my hard drive until 2017.

What obstacles did you face to finish this screenplay?
Figuring out the details for the restroom was challenging.
Apart from writing, what else are you passionate about?
Acting, producing and filmmaking. I love to imagine stories, scenarios, and fantastic events to make real. The whole process from thought to manifestation in exhilarating.
What influenced you to enter the festival? What were your feelings on the initial feedback you received?
After rediscovering my script I went searching for a festival that accepted short animated screenplays and after finding FEEDBACK Animation Film and Screenplay Festival, I knew that this was the one for BATROOM.
I am the type of person that appreciates feedback and thought the feedback was on point, concise, progressive and offered very thoughtful creative suggestions.
