Phil is a professional actor/writer who has appeared in Gotham (FOX), Difficult People (HULU), Law & Order SVU (NBC), Taxi Brooklyn (NBC), Do No Harm (NBC) & White Collar (USA). He recently had much success with “garage,” a short film that he produced, wrote and starred in. He earned many Best Actor awards/nominations throughout the festival circuit.
